Change in Chairmanship of the Advisory Committee

7 February 2025

Mr Ow Fook Chuen will be appointed the Commissioner of Inland Revenue and Chief Executive Officer of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). He will relinquish his appointment as Accountant- General and Chairman of the Advisory Committee with effect from 7 February 2025. 

Ms Esther Wee will be appointed Accountant-General and Chairman of the Advisory Committee on 7 February 2025. 

The Secretariat would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr Ow Fook Chuen for his exemplary leadership and invaluable contributions during his tenure. We wish him all the best in his new role at IRAS.
